CellC has just billed me at a new data rate of R174 per MB . This means that a 2GB bundle that should cost me Max R170 with the another service provider will now cost me R 348000/month.
They also billed me at a rate o R4.80 per SMS .
This was on roaming but now mention was ever made of these ridiculous rates. The personal at cellC also did not understand the account and also could not explain how they got these rates the call centre could also not explain the rates charged
