Unauthorized third party charges

This morning I received an SMS to say that I had signed up for a web subscription for R20 a month. At no stage did I authorize this. My account was charged. I am absolutely shocked that cell c can allow this to happen. How can a third party access my account without my permission. I phoned cells three times to be told that third parties can access your account if u click on a link by mistake even if you do not choose to subscribe. I am still waiting for a supervisor to phone me back. Cell c also informed me that they cannot do anything about it. I I am appalled by the service and lack of client confidentiality. I expect a full refund an apology. I also like cell c to put an end to the unauthorized charges for unsuspecting victims.
