Cell C
5 Weeks Later and I'm Still Waiting!!!

I have had my Samsung Galaxy S4 for a month and 4 days since porting from MTN to Cell C because I fell for Cell C's gimmick advertising about Power going back to the people, I listened to their Ad about me Porting and keeping my number been HASSLE FREE- but for a month and 4 days I have not once had the pleasure of making one full call from my phone when at home nor have I used the phone for ANYTHING internet related at my home address, when I first complained on Hello Peter a consultant by the name of TK responded to say that Cell C was experiencing network problems on the day- Weeks have passed I doubt my problem is that cut and dry.. I have sent countless emails to Cell C in the past month but all I get is the same automated email promising me that I will get contacted within 48 hours, but it is sad to say I am Still Waiting. I live in Northwold, Johannesburg my network problem does not make sense to me.

This might not mean much to the people at Cell C but for me, a regular person this phone has cost me a lot of money, I am told I cant cancel my contract after 7 days of having the phone meaning I will be paying Cell C for 2 full years and not have function of my phone.
