Vodacom
Samsung S4

I am a current pay as you go customer and am now looking to take out a contract for the S4. Naturally I have shopped around to see the deals out there and I was shocked to see that Vodacom is massively out priced. I would love to stay with Vodacom but I have tried speaking to the sales team and the gateway branch and they either do not respond or are unable to assist.

I am very surprised that they are not willing to match competitor deals and in reality, they do not even come close to competing. Cell C offer a cheaper deal with more minute and much much more data. On the vodacom contract l, data would be used in the first week and the out of bundle rates are ridiculous.

Such a pity that I will have to look at moving to Cell C- maybe they are the way forward
