An employee of MTN confirmed to me today (after two months of not getting ANY help by emailing or calling them literally 100s of times) that MTN does breach their Uncapped Lite package's contract and literally does not give a. I keep getting disconnected, my speeds are limited to 40 kbps (even when it should not be limited) and my signal strength was reduced to 1/5 bars instead of the usual 5/5 perfect coverage. I have contacted them so many times; if I got through to a manager, they could not help me, but after a while the employees started to remember me and when I said who I was they replied with "the managers are in a meeting and will call you back" which of course have never happened. I will never again support them and neither should you; they have no regard for customer care, honoring their own contract or wasting your money by false advertising. Their own employee confirmed their breaching of contract and thus breaking consumer law, but what can a consumer like me do about this? This is the worst service I have received from absolutely any company I have ever had to do with. Evade MTN as far as you can!
