I phoned the CellC Call Centre about my account being over billed, the lady who assisted me had a very bad attitude towards me after giving her all the information she requested. I have a contract with CellC which i am according to my knowledge by paying R199.00 a month cause i dont use the sim card provided as i only use the use. i was suprised when my account was debited for an amount of R1097.48, then i phoned the customer service only to be told that i have been using the sim card.
The lady told me that the sim card was used between the 22 & 26 of February and an amount of R700 and something was used bewteen the 4days. how can someone use that amount of money in 4days and they still cant see that something is wrong? the sim card was not in use then suddenly that amount of money is being used and they dont notice anything. I was even told that they phoned the person who was using the sim card and he refused to confirm the details. A certain lady also phoned me and she wanted to confrim with me without even introducing herself. how does one just give their information over the phone just like that? i am very much and i want an urgent resolution and i also want my money.
