Account paid and closed - falsely Blacklisted!!!

I paid the balance on my Jet account and closed the account but they didn't close it, because they sent me a letter informing me that I owe them and they said the money is for cellc and I don't use cellc I use vodacom. Iv never used cellc. Now they have blacklisted me. Acc no. 7001500100001539927 cell no. 0848583223. This is seriously affecting my credit record and it's unacceptable!!! This has been going on for months. I've been to the shop several times to resolve this matter but it just keeps getting worse. As a loyal paying client, Jet has seriously failed me and insulted me big time by blacklisting me. I had a great credit record, this is just unacceptable!!
