Lilanie Fourie wins the award of employee of the year - or at least from the customers perspective!

I have spoken to managers, and their service does not compare to yours. You are a true asset to Nashua, so much so that I remembered you live in Bloemfontein - you left an impression - and continued to fight for the customer, when Nashua as Cell C would not fight for us, even though we were in the right! This query has been ongoing for a year! They believed the effort was too much - and you took it on and won!

Thank you - and I can only say that - YOU ROCK! You escalated, and ensured we got what was right. I know corporate. I don't believe they would have made it easy and you persevered!

I will endeavour as far as I can, to make management know how valuable you are!
