My name is Vicky, i live in Bloemfontein, South Africa
Last year November 2012, i took out a contract from Nashua Mobile. The contract includes a cellphone (Samsung Galaxy S2) with 300min talk-time @ R450 (approximately) p/m X24month installment.
A great deal from Nashua, im not complainig about the talk time or the cash deal.
However, my only problem is that my phone has an internal problem which only Nashua is liable to fix
in order to maintain the warranty.
When i informed Nashua about my problem, the reaction i got was shocking and unsatisfying. I was told:
"Sorry, but our manufacturer has discontinued your phone since Feb 2013, therefore Nashua wont be able to fix it."
I asked them why they would offer me a deal for something that is discontinued 2months after i took out their exclusive offer!? Alas, no explanation OR suggestion was given, i was simply given the impression that im now stuck with this phone till end of next year, paying them every month, with a broken and discontinued phone.

please help if possible, im out of options.
