Unexceptable Service

I purchased a laptop at MTN on contact in Feb, but it did not work. I then took it back to MTN within the 1st 7 days of purchase, and was told that the MTN technician was not available and I should return when he was back, but by then the 7 day period had passed already. I returned "technician" he then did something and said it will work, but it didn't. I returned to the store again it was booked after 4 trips to MTN. They then told me that I must pay R820 to get the laptop back, I refused to pay this as I wasn't able to use this laptop and had taken it back within the 1st 7 days, but MTN refused to help then, I then requested to cancel the contact, MTN referred me to the call centre, but they referred me back to the store. I went back and filled forms and requested a reversal of fees, I did not receive feedback and its been 3 weeks, I now wasted petrol, time and I still no resolution I feel that the service that I was provided has been pathetic and that MTN how to handle clients, I have been up and down trying to sort this out, I feel that I should be reimbursed all the money that taken from me and I will not deal with them again and would not recommend anyone else to them.
