I was trying to load BIS on a existing Top Up contract, hey should be simple enough. On a prepaid you dial a code and voila its done.
No...
1. Takes forever for anyone to answer the 808 number. (gave up after 25 mins day 1, held for 15 on on day 2.)
2. Persons are authenticated & calls recorded, but need to sign a form to ensure i understand terms and conditions.
3. There are NO T's & C's on the FORM!!! They just want to buy time.
4. Long call waits they say are due to them being busy!! We ALL ARE BUSY!! MTN IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE.
5. Got the form they told me 2-24 hours... Sign it and send it back.
6. Sure form was processed with 2-24 hours, but now i have to WAIT 10 DAYS!
7. Inform MTN that they need to speed this up otherwise I expect a call from a manager. No another customer care emails me telling me I have been informed of the TURN AROUND TIMES! As if they are a gift to us in their service... I PAY THEM EVERY MONTH, I EXPECT SERVICE!
I even sent them proof that the first email stated 2-24 hours.

WAY TO GO MTN FOR ENCOURAGING YOUR CLIENTS TO GO FOR CONTRACT! UTTERLY USELESS AND SLOW SERVICE THE ONCE OR TWICE A YEAR YOU NEED THEM
