Our Security Guard has had an accident on 10 November 2012.

His car got damaged in the accident, and we want to put in a third party claim against your client on behalf of.

Since the 10 November 2012 - we have spoken to numerous people and constantly asking us for paperwork, the story again, case numbers etc which we have done on more than three occasions.

My staff have tried contacting Marlene Phillips (person that was assigned to this case) - Marlene has put the blame on others, claims to NOT know status or she is"waiting on others". When send emails or phone her on behalf of our employee which is atleast twice a week (sometimes more), we still cant get an answer or get hold of Marlene at all.

The person responsible for the accident has agreed to take full responsibility for this.

Please may we have a final answer now as this has gone on to long and this has had some repercussions- resulting in my employee battling to get to work and earning a days wage.
