Failure to deliver service

My Iphone 5 is less than 3 months old and the key lock button has become faulty (common iphone 5 problem) which requires a replacement phone. To add to that I have recently received a carrier update which enables LTE on my phone, however without warning the phone loses service until I restart the phone. I submitted an inquiry on Saturday on the Cell C website receiving email acknowledgement stating response in between 24-72 hrs. It is now Thursday and still no response... Up until now I had no complaints about the first 3 months with Cell C.
