Shocking reliability

Logged a request to be contacted for an upgrade to the galaxy s4. Soon got a call from 'armani' very eager to help and assuring me that they have stock. Delivery were to take place within the next 2 weeks. Got called by Jeremy a week ago confirming that he has my handset in his hand and will be delivered to me within 2 working days at my address. After 4 days I phone customer service to check progress and got told that the order was only logged after jeremy had phoned me and now they are out of stock!!! Pathetic that 2 contacts would make me believe that my phone is on the way and then this. I was assured that I will be helped within 2 weeks of signing up over the phone as my old contract would expire today - all to make a sale! I wouldn't use this 'service' ever again especially since I did all the effort of pre ordering on the first day to secure a handset. Honestly, I expect better!
