CHARGED FOR UPGRADE EVEN THOUGH CANCELLED

I have been a customer for 20 years and recently upgraded to a Blackberry Z10 - what a disaster. After spending time at both Vodacom, Vodacare and Blackberry it was realised that the Z10 and the Bold range of Blackberry's are not compatible and data cannot migrate upwards.
Unit was returned after waiting 14 days for the courier to collect - beginning of May.
My statement for this month - May - reflects the upgrade hand set charge!!
Visit to my local Vodacom shop in Craighall is met with the response that they are waiting for head office - now a week.

I have to wonder why I should remain a Vodacom customer especially when one considers the pricing on offer from the competion.
