Since March i have been trying to cancel a contract with cell c but cell c cannot get it right & keeps debiting my bank acc, leaving me with the task of reversing the incorrect debit. Every month since, i call cell c, tell them that i reversed the debit & they still block my line a few days later though my existing line is up to date & once again i am faced with that inconvenience. i have sent emails & made phone calls but they still continue to live up to the disappointment. please get someone to call me to confirm that this is sorted out
