Vodacom
No service delivery

I have a contract for an internet modem from Vodacom, but there is basically no reception in my area. I contacted vodacom to have something done about it and was told I should never have been told it would work in my area. This was not checked by the person I spoke to. After a whole year and a lot of frustration, I decided to have an ADSL line put it, with wonderful results. According to vodacom the branch I got it from should cancel it. I went to see them a month ago and was told I would be contacted, but still nothing. I have had problems with this branch more than once. The longer it takes to cancel it the more money I loose. Their service is pathetic.
