I completed lost trust in cell c especialey customer care when calling their callcentre you given reference numbers left and right and you problem is not getting resolved cause every cusltant is telling you that you query is been is been escalated and nothing happening happened not person who is taking the full responsibility of the query .i loged the query on on the 09/05/2013 ebven today i am keeping on calling and the is your query is been escalated lost trust in their callcentre lack of accountability .ref 3051501087 and 3050903249
