Slow connection speed making 8ta contract unusable

I am currently serving out a data contract with 8ta but have struggled with my connection speed from the outset of the contract (a year ago). The connections have become so bad that even Google is taking a few minutes to load.

This has resulted in me only being able to utilise about 5% of the data allocation I purchased per my contract. The discounted monthly rate seemed fantastic at the time of signing but is working out very expensive because the service is not currently useable.

Is there any way of cancelling the contract due to 8ta's inability to provide an adequate service?

I've had an 8ta technician out and he managed to get connected if he stood in one particular spot in the apartment, facing a specific direction (and that was at a non peak time of day). I've tried constantly to recreate this but have been unsuccessful. I also don't feel like this amount of effort should be required to access a service I'm paying for monthly.

I'm hoping that the turnaround time on response through Hello Peter will be better than the ONE MONTH that the 8ta call centre quoted me today (as the allowable response time for cancellations to return my call)
