Every month cell c gives me a problem by closing my line and I send through proof of payments all the time I spoke to lady named Blanche who fixed it and now this month again! I was advised to pay an outstanding R189 on the 2nd of may 2013 now a week later I'm told I owe another 500 that I do not know where it comes from! This is a real pain and stressing ford as a new customer and they always ask for a rating but never tell us feed back! Can cell c rather cancell my contract or get their facts right, now the line is suspended and I believe they will never reimburse the days they cut it!
