On Tuesday I receive a call from the Helpline, informing me my account is in arrears for the month of October, I inform the agent that as far as I'm concerned I paid the only outstanding balance is for November/ December as I have paid my accounts via eft from new account since July, she questions how come I have paid cash and yet I have an contract with Cell C, I inform her I don't know how she could ask me a question like that whereas I don't work for Cell C and I have had this contract for over 4 years now, so she should direct such questions internally, as I conclude the call and hang up my phone get suspended, I pay for December/ November today and send proof of payments for the past 3 months, at 5h30 am, 6am i receive and sms informing me my query has been recieved ON MY PHONE along with a reference, I wait for 8am to call and activate my line, around 8am, I inform the agent I sent my proof of payments this morning and received a reference on my phone she informs me "whats my point? cos its not reflecting on her side and my phone will remain suspended". I have sent all proof of payments and I still get told such with an inactive line. Sad service
