I have visited the Telkom offices 4 times since moving to Mossel Bay. I applied online for my line to be moved from Cape Town to Mossel Bay. Installation date given by Telkom was 6 June 2013. The technician came and said we need to lay pipes and I heard nothing else from Telkom. Included with the package I have with Telkom is my laptop that is totally not working at all. Every time I go to Telkom I have to phone the call centre from the store and all I seem to be doing is collecting reference numbers as if it is going out of fashion and no service delivery.
