2 weeks and 3 days for delivery of ps3

When I got the contract for a galaxy pocket and ps3, Francois told me the ps 3 would take 5 days because stock was not kept at the store which I find rediculous. Its been more than two weeks and I have had to phone them multiple times, everytime speaking to a different consultant and none of them know where my ps3 is or when it will arrive at the store, apparently its on order. So no communication from them whatsoever, they have not phoned me once to explain this. Im really frustrated and just want to know why it is taking two weeks for a ps3 to arrive. Ive ordered stuff from overseas and that takes 2 weeks maximum. And tomorrow I have to phone and the whole process starts all over again.
