All I asked for was an enquiry, this is ridiculous

I went to Nashua mobile last week to see if I could get a galaxy s2. The assistant, Danielle, said that she would enquire to see if she could allocate one to me, but she needed an account number to do it, so I should fill in application forms so she could find out. She assured me I could cancel at any time. Over the next few days she never got back to me when she said she would and she didn't manage to make a plan. On Saturday I called and asked one of the assistants to cancel the application. On Monday my new simcard wouldn't work (I went to cell c direct) because the port was blocked by nashua's request to port. I spoke to Theresa and she promised to have the request cancelled by close of business. Now my old simcard doesn't work either, because she did NOT sort it out and the port has gone through. Now I have to get it ported away from nashua to get back to vodacom to be ported to cell c. I phone this morning and Chantal was very surprised, because she said my phone was on order and arriving today. Now I am sitting with a very expensive paperweight until someone at nashua actually does what they say they will and releases my number. I use my phone for work, this is ridiculous!
