No resolution date for unavailable service

The Telkom lines in and around the Welgelegen area, including Edgemead, have been out of service for over two weeks. Not only does Telkom not update you on the status of this fault, but when I phoned in yesterday to get an updated status I was told that they can't give me a resolution date. In the mean time there are various home operated businesses in the area losing business and income, but Telkom shrugs their shoulders on a resolution date.

Can someone in a directoral position please contact us and advise on a resolution date as well as what your plans are for compensating us for loss of income.
