My Internet is down, which means no e-mails, no faxes= no customers = no income! I am going to sue Telkom for a loss of income. Their fault reporting system is so utterly that after 40Min someone answers who I called by the 6th time now with just no resolution, no technical support. I'm considering to cancel my land line and re-ordering it as maybe then will I have luck! If you sms a fault logging one never gets back any reply. Really??? 016 362 1320!!
