I applied for a line last year and after 2 technicians, nothing was achieved. They told me the infrastructure wasn't in place and they would have to do a project to get this done. This was never escalated on their part and nothing happened. I contacted them this year to try get it sorted. On Wed. I took off work to stay home for the appointment date they gave. I waited the whole day and no one called or came. I called 10210 to be told no technician was assigned. I called 10210 the next day to escalate this and was told a technician did report at my residence. THIS IS A LIE. On Fri i received a voicemail from the person this had been escalated to. The message was inaudible and i couldn't make out the number he left. I called the 10210 yesterday to try see if they could assist with this persons number but they couldn't. I asked to speak to a manager and the agent said he wasn't there but that he called me back (THIS NEVER HAPPENED EITHER) and told me my appointment is now scheduled for 21/05. I am now furious beyond words. This is pathetic, incompetent and and disgraceful. I don't want another reference #. I demand a call from someone competent to resolve this issue once and for all
