Telkom took my money and is wasting my time

On the first of mart I order a telkom adsl and phone contract. Why asked my to pay R700 deposit and that I will get my modem and phone in 30 days time. I am calling ever day and ever day I am getting a new excuse.
Not one of them called me back that a time our to pay my money back. We need n new provider to take telkoms please.
