Complete Incompetence!

After moving to Greenstone we requested that Telkom move our ADSL service to our new residence. However Telkom have done absolutely nothing to move this service.
We phone the Telkom call centre daily only to receive excuse after excuse as well as general incompetence and rudeness! Telkom promises to update us via sms or call us back but never do.
We even went into the Greenstone branch of Telkom only to find pathetic service yet again and given a telephone to call the same call centre that we have calling daily by a rude assistant!!!

In the meantime I am a doctor who desperately needs my internet service for various reasons but yet Telkom continues to delay their service delivery! Their disgusting service provision is infuriating but we are sick of wasting time and money calling their useless call centre daily! I am absolutely outraged by the service we have received - all that we request is information on what is going on and if/when we can ever get the service!
