Vodacom cant prioritise, and their service isn't good at all, they keep on referring us to their legal depart on 011 5462400 and 0821905 for assistance, however none of this two no's is working for us. If we not allowed to contact the department why don't they provide the correct line that we need to call in order for us to get assistance. I think one of the stuff need to call this no and confirm if this line was created/ made for customers.
