Suspended without warning

Guys, I have been trying to get you to sort out cancelling my service for a few weeks now. My login details dont work. I asked them to be emailed to me but no, you sms them to me. I am in the Uk and no longer on the SA number. But you guys know this now.

But, you apologise for my last hellopeter incident but all that happens is you suspend me.

You got this amazing claim of wonderful service, but you a about as bad as every other ISP in south africa. If you going to claim a certain service level, deliver that level. dont put out a screen saver just to win over clients, and then penalise them without notice.

you suspended me and a client's address, whilst I am waiting for legal stuff. If there is a financial issue, email me and let me know. Dont just suspend me. I havent got messages and cant get into the website to check so I without direction here. Its shameful, really!!!
