Empty promisses lack of resposibility for10years

I have had problems with autopage for the past 10 years. They fail to meet basic service delivery and they always have excuses for it, I have never had an trouble free upgrade from any store.
Latest, Upgrade to the new BB Z10 on 05/04/2013, I was assisted by Jamaine (no complaint against him).
- I did not receive the phone within the said 7 days only recived it on 26/04/2013
- the BB was faulty and I returned it and ordered a Iphone 5
- I did not receive the Iphone within the said 7 days.
- head office cant issue a credit note in two weeks time and they insinuate that I about their promise to sort it within 24 hours.
- received another sms on 11/05 stating it will be sorted within 24 hours and it has NOT.
their service has been SHOCKING to say the least. The only reason I have not moved to another provider is because of issues to keep my existing number. but the poor service outweighs the hassle of moving and I am now moving. I have had call charges of R 65.30 on my side to try an sort this, I have been to the store 4 times. and the store manger cant handle the problem either, still waiting for his promised call?
