Pay on 25th but paid account on 31st late payment

I was handed over for a outstanding Jets account and have accepted that I have to pay this account, but MBD keeps on sending me sms and phoning me to remind me a adult male that I have to pay my account. The problem is this that they want the payment on the day that they want and not the day you as a working person can get to town and pay the account. Then if you don't pay on the date that they want then your account is listed as been late and they keep on sending you sms saying the next payment is due on the month that you have paid late. Then when you call the call center they just simply say pay on that day or else. I have told the call centre agent numerous times that I can only pay on the last day of the month, this not accepted have to pay on my payday.this can't be done as I cant take off work to pay account on their terms. So sorry MBD I will only pay when I get the time to pay and I will not accepted cost for the sms and the phone calls that are been made. I also have not rec a statement since this account has been handed over to MBD so how do I know if there are extra cost for this account... MBD money of note
