I am discussed with the service I received from Cell c in rosebank. My cell phone was booked in for repairs on 1 April 2012. the policy states that the phone will be fixed within 21 days. today is the 13 May 2013 and I have still not received my phone. The staff turnover in the store is ridiculous and therefore you do not get assisted by the same person twice. No one can tell me the status of my phone and why it is taking so long. From the time I left my phone at the branch I have had problems with the staff for being poorly trained and being unable to tell me if my phone was under warranty. Today I called in and still have not been assisted and the manager told me to go and lodge the complaint with hello peter! I am appalled by the service and their breach of contract.
