So its a year or more later... after numerous calls and Hellopeter posts and we are still in the same position as a year ago. We, the clients pay huge amounts of money to a network that does not give a about its clients.
There is not a week that goes by that we enjoy a trouble-free 3G connection. When ever you phone in all you get is apologies and a ref number. In my opinion you are the most pathetic network supplier in South Africa. I was not surprised at all when I phoned in YET AGAIN this morning to complain that there is no connection available and that I have not received feedback on my last call, when I was told that there was no call registered. Service delivery is when you tell clients to phone back in 3 days if the problem persists?? Your network and staff is only good at getting a persons blood pressure up and nothing more! You have just lost this client and I WILL make it my priority to convert as many people as I can to MTN. They actually solved our complaints / requests in a vey timeous manner. PS: Don't even bother phoning me for this complaint, I am done wasting my breath on you!
