Bad service and poor records

I cancelled my Cell C contract more than a year ago, had to pay in a large amount which I arranged to pay off at R50 per month due to being unemployed for more than 8 months. I have been paying since March 2012 and continued doing so either electronically or deposit into their Nedbank account with my cellphone number as reference. I called in 9 May 2013 to be told by the most condescending agent that my number is allocated to someone else and they have no record of my payments since September 2012. I have moved house and changed banks since and I do not have all my hardcopy records but I have paid an account which Cell C now are not willing to recognise instead they have handed me over to their lawyers without even one notice/statement etc. This is not my first experience of pathetic service and 3 years later NOTHING has changed! I called this week to settle my outstanding balance now that I am employed but digging for information is NOT my job. CELL C GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!
