I upgraded for a new phone two weeks ago and I returned the phone 4 days later because the battery was faulty. I was told to wait 7 days to get an approval for a new phone. Yesterday, it was day 7 and I had to phone them all day to get the latest progress on my phone. They promised that I will have the approval at 17H00 yesterday, I had to phone them after 17H00, they told me that it has been approved that I can have a new phone, then another excuse arised, as they have no stock of the phone. Im still sitting without a phone. This morning I phoned and spoke to the manager, still no stock. I am very unhappy as I am a good paying customer.
