THE GUY WHO HELPED ME WITH MY UPGRADE, SAID THE CONTRACT WILL BE LIKE A TOP UP CONTRACT, WROTE DOWN THE WHOLE BREAK DOWN OF THE COST WHICH ADDED UP TO R299 A MONTH... NOW I AM PAYING OVER R400 A MONTH. HE ALSO SAID CANCELLATION OF CONTRACTS ARE FREE OF CHARGE WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS OF UPGRADE. NOBODY AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN HELP ME. I NOW HAVE I PHONE THAT IS GIVING ME CONSTANT PROBLEMS AND A BILL I CANT AFFORD, WITH NO ONE TO ANSWER TO THIS. THIS IS SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE
