I am pleased beyond expectations at the manner and time in which my dead phone line report was attended to. It took less than 18 hours from my report to the line being back on repaired.

I especially appreciated the free sms line to report the fault as well as the reply to my messages. It's the correct way to utilize the amazing power of the cellular network.

More strength to Telkom if this is the kind of service we shall see on a continuous and countrywide basis.
