Hi, I placed a complaint on Thu 3 Oct 13 at 11:47 about my Samsung S4 that has given me issues from the receiving and that the battery is now swollen and the phone randomly dies. I received an email stating "We apologize for the poor network signal in your area. This will be referred to Sandros in our escalations team. He will contact you to follow up on the problem and will ensure that a solution is provided.." on Thu 3 Oct 13 at 13:55. to date I have had no callback, the device has random issues and has to be charged, has full signal strength and calls can be made randomly. Just for laughs, i went to another store and was told that I should call the helpdesk which is a total contradiction of the word "helpdesk". Why did I ever choose Cell C?
