Dear Cell C; firstly I would like to congratulate you on your new price plans. These are great and obviously the reason that I left Vodacom and went over to Cell C. But now I have 1 issue with Cell C and unfortunately it is a big one. I have no issues with reception but when I am at my house, I have major issues to connect to the internet. My phone shows that I have HSDPA full reception and some times everything works 100% for a short time and then the internet "stops". I only have this issue when I am at my home, when I travel I have no issues. So it is not my handset, it can only be the sender I receive my signal from when at home. I now I have tried a couple of times to get this message over to the people at your call centre but this is just not possible, they want to blame this issue on my handset and don't seem to have the common sence to come to the conclution that if the issue is only at my home, then it is that specific sender. So now can I please ask that you send tech out to that sender and investigate it from A-Z to find this issue that is driving me crazy. I live very close to the corner of Sjampanje Street and Cabernet Street in Wilgeheuwel Roodepoort. HELP!!!
