Cell c deducts unlawfull monies through bank

I have phoned the call center and advised them immediately that we did not agree to an open account but only agreed to the monthly subscription of R199 on the data contract and 250mb of data however they went ahead and proceeded to debit the account with over R1000 twice.

is this how Cell C stay in existence by taking what is not rightfully their's?

Highly dissapointed and will stop debit order if they do not fix this. Spoke to Funokuhle on the 10th of may again to escalate it again.

I expect refund
