Over charging & Poor service

Telecommunications

I migrated my ADSL from Telkom to Mweb and am being charged by both for the Service.
Telkom says the line has not been migrated, Mweb says it has.
So they are both charging me for ONE service.
Who is to blame? Are you both in collusion with one another?
Sort it out ASAP
