Disconnection of phone line on samsung

I was called on the 30 April 2013 i was called from the call centre advising me that i have not paid my account from August 2012. He had verified my bank account number which i have used for over twenty years which was on debit order with this very same bank details. I explained to him its impossible for me not to have paid. He told me that he is disconnecting my line and puts the phone down on me without listening to reason. I immediately called and spoke to Violet and complained what had taken place and to check the status of my account if this is the case since my bank account shows that i have paid. She checked and verified with another colleague that my account is fine. She said she will flag that the account is fine and not to be cut. I told her i am away on holiday and don't want any problem. My line was still cut of. On my return on the 7th i called again, i spoke to Siphiwe who said that he has now reinstated the line and he will bring this to management attention. They refused to allow me to speak to supervisors to sort this and said that the person who cut this line is on leave and cannot give me an apology or a reason why he did this. To date i have not had a response.
