You are a cut above the rest

It gives me great pleasure to take the time and effort to formally acknowledge the great service I received from a very competent lady.

Andriana the Cell C Manager at the east gate shopping center was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She listened to my frustrations with my cell c contract and she escalated my cancellation with every bit of detail I told her over the phone.

I have had nothing but heartache dealing with the disgusting customer service that is cell c yet dealing with Andriana brought back hope that there are people in this country who are employed because they are competent. All I ever wanted was to be heard and assisted. I am still cancelling my contract but I wanted Cell C to know that you should hold on tight to people like this.

Promote her and make her in charge of customer relations and lets see how many more positive feedback's you receive from customers.

Keep up the good work and great customer service attitude Andriana and thank you once again for being the first and only person to actually listen
