Please MTN don't copy and paste your standard response as I have read it already... I have accepted the new BIS plan although I had no choice and wasn't what I signed a 24 month contract for... but yes you have officially forced it on your client's... I would just like to know WHY I cannot download any mp3 file?...it just says error?...please just respond to why me as a paying customer cannot download a single mp3 file? I don't mind it downloading slow I just want downloaded successfully... please respond accordingly...
