I am at wits end as all my attempts up until now have been fruitless; as a paying customer I decided that enough is enough.

I created a presentation with as much information as possible regarding the issue at hand and wish to distribute this presentation to people that might be able to assist me with suggestions as to how I should go about solving the problem of not getting answers from Standard Bank Insurance, their assessors and agents.
