Pathetic Service and Slow Speeds

From day one i had my adsl installed ive had endless issues . having slow response times when contacting telkom 10210 the support centre is usless instead of fixing they tend to bre ak the line . first ref 134ark190413.
on the 26/04/2013 ive got a new ref number 966crk260413 up until today the issue is still not fixed does Telkom know what they are doing
