Good day!

This is to report bad service by cell c service provider. I have been experiencing problems connecting to the Internet and voice calls almost everyday of the week since the beginning of April 2013 up to this day I'm still experiencing the same kind of service. Which of cause is a breach of service as I got into contract with Cell C to provide me with the service and I pay in return. I have not seen any message where Cell C is addressing some of the technical challenges they are experiencing. This is such an inconvenience and I feel I do not deserve such as I never skip a month with out honouring my agreement with them. I would like you to report this on my behalf and inform Cell C that I won't be able to stick around with a company that does not have contingency plans in this day and age. I'm very disappointed in Cell C and would not recommend it to any of my friends and families.
