Impossible to cancel Telkom account

Hi,

I am emailing as many contacts as I can find as I can never get through on the 10210 number to cancel my contract! I have been trying to reach someone since April 28th. My account number is: 129900999880. My telephone number is 021 709 0595. I don't wish to move the line as the new apartment I am moving to has one already.

I need to cancel my Telkom fixed line as well as ADSL effective immediately. I emailed last week and someone called me from Telkom to respond to my query. That individual promised to forward me request to the right department or person and would also sms me a reference number for my query. Since then I have not received any follow up nor an sms with a reference number.

Can someone, in writing, get back to me so that I can trace this process and have some sort of record of it!
